1-WEEK TRAINING

INCLUDES PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

MOTION CAPTURE ASSESSMENT – High-speed 3D analysis of mechanics.
1 WEEK IN-GYM TRAINING – Hands-on coaching tailored to athlete goals.
4-WEEK THROWING PROGRAM – Drills based on motion capture and force production data.
FORCE PLATE COLLECTION – Measures ground reaction forces.
MOTOR ASSESSMENT – Evaluation of movement patterns.

1-MONTH TRAINING

INCLUDES ALL FEATURES OF 1-WEEK PLAN +

1 MONTH OF IN-GYM TRAINING – Extended in-person coaching.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING – Included in program.

2-MONTH TRAINING
