Amateur Training is designed for high school freshmen and above with ongoing 3-6 month memberships at our facility. College Training offers intensive 1-week to 1-year programs specifically designed for collegiate athletes, with assessment included in all packages.
Yes! After completing your in-person assessment, Maven App provides personalized training programs you can follow anywhere. Maven Edge adds video analysis and direct coach feedback for more comprehensive remote development.
